Support for Mullaitivu Base Hospital, Sri Lanka
With the surge of COVID-19 cases in Northern Sri Lanka, CORD received a request from Dr. K. Sutharshan of Mullaitivu Base Hospital for urgent medical support for the newly established COVID ward in May 2021. CORD promptly donated pulse oximeters, digital thermometers, digital pressure boxes, a nebulizer machine and KN-95 masks for use in the ward.
